El nuevo ministro de Salud de Per\u00fa, Hern\u00e1n Condori Machado, est\u00e1 investigado por una Fiscal\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n del departamento de Jun\u00edn por presuntos delitos de corrupci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n

El m\u00e9dico se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como director de la Red de Salud de Chanchamayo y fue director de la Direcci\u00f3n Regional de Salud en 2019 y 2020, respectivamente, como parte de la gesti\u00f3n de Per\u00fa Libre en la administraci\u00f3n regional.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n

La prensa peruana ha recogido que la Fiscal\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n de La Merced abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n contra Condori por los presuntos delitos de cobros indebidos y negociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita, que se habr\u00edan cometido en 2019.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n

Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, Condori y otros seis funcionarios habr\u00edan sido responsables de un proceso de contrataci\u00f3n para un hospital, entre otras, en el que se hallaron cobros irregulares.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n

“Abusando del cargo que ostentaban, hicieron pagar a los participantes del proceso de convocatoria la suma de 10.000 soles (unos 2.280 euros) al personal t\u00e9cnico postulante y 20.000 soles (unos 4.560 euros) al personal profesional postulante por derecho de tr\u00e1mite documental, condicionando la participaci\u00f3n de los postulantes, pese a que dicho cobro no se encontraba contemplado en ninguna norma”, reza el documento de la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n

El presidente de Per\u00fa, Pedro Castillo, tom\u00f3 juramento a su nuevo gabinete ministerial, tras la dimisi\u00f3n del primer ministro H\u00e9ctor Valer, que ser\u00e1 sustituido por An\u00edbal Torres, hasta ahora ministro de Justicia.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n

En el marco de la crisis pol\u00edtica desatada por la recomposici\u00f3n de su Gobierno, Castillo ha nombrado a seis ministros nuevos y ha ratificado a doce que ya se encontraban en el anterior gabinete, anunciado hace tan solo siete d\u00edas en el Palacio de Gobierno.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n

Este es el cuarto gabinete ministerial de Castillo en casi seis meses. El primero fue liderado por Guido Bellido, que fue sustituido por Mirtha V\u00e1squez. Finalmente, Valer ocup\u00f3 el cargo de primer ministro, aunque dur\u00f3 apenas cuatro d\u00edas en \u00e9l.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n

El\u00a0\u00a0ministro de Salud\u00a0es un hombre cercano al fundador y l\u00edder de Per\u00fa LIbre, Vladimir Cerr\u00f3n, quien en la v\u00edspera salud\u00f3 su designaci\u00f3n en el Minsa y lo calific\u00f3 como un gran profesional de comprobado humanismo. En 2019, Cerr\u00f3n, entonces presidente regional de\u00a0Jun\u00edn, design\u00f3 a\u00a0Condori Machado\u00a0como director de la Red de Salud de Chanchamayo. En 2020, Fernando Orihuela, sucesor de Cerr\u00f3n en el gobierno regional y tambi\u00e9n militante de Per\u00fa Libre, lo\u00a0nombr\u00f3 como director de la Direcci\u00f3n Regional de Salud de Jun\u00edn.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n

Condori Machado reemplaza en el cargo a Hernando Cevallos, quien fue separado del gabinete de modo sorpresivo tras siete meses como titular del Ministerio de Salud. <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> \n<\/div>\n
