Me emocionan mis conquistas y las de tantas otras, pero hay que tener los ojos puestos en el sistema, buscar m\u00e1s pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que puedan cambiar el panorama\u201d <\/p> \n <p> <cite>Explic\u00f3 Luana G\u00e9not, directora ejecutiva del Instituto Identidades do Brasil.<\/cite> <\/p> <\/blockquote>\n <p> En ese sentido, la educadora biling\u00fce del Museo Afro-Brasil Rosa Couto afirm\u00f3 que las oportunidades aparecen de \u201cforma diferente\u201d para las afrodescendientes. <\/p> \n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n <p> \u201cUna mujer negra (\u2026) siempre tiene que trabajar un poco m\u00e1s, esforzarse un poco m\u00e1s, intentar ser mucho mejor, para lograr conquistas mucho menores que las de algunos blancos\u201d <\/p> \n <p> <cite>Expres\u00f3 la docente. <\/cite> <\/p> <\/blockquote>\n <p> Tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que es imprescindible rescatar la memoria hist\u00f3rica para combatir el racismo estructural a trav\u00e9s de una educaci\u00f3n centrada en trabajar con el autoestima de mujeres y ni\u00f1as, aport\u00e1ndole un horizonte de posibilidades, y no reforzar el sentido de inferioridad o subalternidad.
