{"id":89906,"date":"2022-03-26T07:25:16","date_gmt":"2022-03-26T11:25:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/papayaso.co\/internacional\/ong-denuncia-falta-de-voluntad-para-investigar-muertes-en-frontera-venezolana\/"},"modified":"2022-03-26T07:25:22","modified_gmt":"2022-03-26T11:25:22","slug":"ong-denuncia-falta-de-voluntad-para-investigar-muertes-en-frontera-venezolana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/papayaso.co\/internacional\/ong-denuncia-falta-de-voluntad-para-investigar-muertes-en-frontera-venezolana\/","title":{"rendered":"ONG denuncia falta de voluntad para investigar muertes en frontera venezolana"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n <p> La ONG de Venezuela Provea alert\u00f3 este jueves que \u201cno hay ninguna voluntad\u201d de investigar a las fuerzas de seguridad del pa\u00eds por las presuntas ejecuciones extrajudiciales de al menos cinco civiles, las detenciones arbitrarias y torturas que tuvieron lugar hace un a\u00f1o en el estado fronterizo de Apure. <\/p> \n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n <p> \u201cNos preocupa que hay elementos que indican que no hay ninguna voluntad de investigar ni a los autores materiales, ni a la cadena de mando en la masacre de El Ripial, donde fueron asesinadas cinco personas, cuatro de ellas de una misma familia\u201d, indic\u00f3 el coordinador de investigaci\u00f3n de la ONG, Marino Alvarado, en un video difundido en el Twitter de la organizaci\u00f3n. <\/p> \n<\/blockquote>\n <p> En marzo de 2021, la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana (FANB) se enfrent\u00f3 en Apure contra grupos irregulares que las autoridades nunca identificaron, pero que la ONG Fundaredes calific\u00f3 de presuntos disidentes de la disuelta guerrilla colombiana de las FARC. <\/p> \n <p> El conflicto se extendi\u00f3 por casi tres semanas y provoc\u00f3 el desplazamiento de m\u00e1s de 6.000 venezolanos hacia Colombia, seg\u00fan datos de Fundaredes. <\/p> \n <p> La FANB asegur\u00f3 que la ofensiva dej\u00f3 un saldo de ocho militares y nueve \u201cterroristas\u201d fallecidos, as\u00ed como m\u00e1s de cuarenta detenidos. <\/p> \n <p> No obstante, varias ONG denunciaron el ataque a civiles de la zona y, el 26 de abril de 2021, Human Rights Watch (HRW) acus\u00f3 a las fuerzas de seguridad venezolanas de las ejecuciones extrajudiciales de al menos cuatro civiles, de detenciones arbitrarias y de torturas, entre otros \u201cabusos aberrantes\u201d contra la poblaci\u00f3n de Apure. <\/p> \n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n <p> En un informe, HRW asegur\u00f3 que el operativo venezolano \u201cderiv\u00f3 en la ejecuci\u00f3n de al menos cuatro campesinos, detenciones arbitrarias, el procesamiento de civiles ante tribunales militares, y torturas contra residentes acusados de colaborar con grupos armados\u201d. <\/p> \n<\/blockquote>\n <p> Al cumplirse un a\u00f1o de los hechos, desde Provea aseguran que estos hechos han sido informados a organismos internacionales de protecci\u00f3n y que \u201ces deber\u201d de la justicia venezolana \u201cinvestigar, no solo a los actores materiales del asesinato de estas cinco personas, sino a la cadena de mando\u201d. <\/p> \n <p> Alvarado puntualiz\u00f3 que la falta de acciones del Gobierno \u201ccontradice totalmente el memor\u00e1ndum de entendimiento que firm\u00f3 el Estado venezolano con la Fiscal\u00eda de la Corte Penal Internacional que obliga al Estado venezolano a realizar investigaciones genuinas en aquellas situaciones donde se pueda presumir que se han cometido cr\u00edmenes de lesa humanidad\u201d. <\/p> \n <p> Para la ONG, el \u201cMinisterio P\u00fablico (Fiscal\u00eda) sigue sin respuestas.
