Andar descalzos ya sea en casa, en el parque, sobre el pasto o en la playa siempre ser\u00e1 una satisfacci\u00f3n pues la musculatura del pie se relaja<\/h2>\n

De peque\u00f1os siempre nos dec\u00edan que nos colocaramos zapatos cada vez que nos ve\u00edan descalzos, ya que nos podr\u00edamos resfriar o golpearnos con alg\u00fan objeto que estuviera en el piso. <\/strong>Sin embargo, con el tiempo para algunos esta costumbre no se quit\u00f3, pues al momento de llegar a la casa hay gente que siente completa satisfacci\u00f3n de dejar de lado el calzado<\/strong> y andar sin ellos por todo el hogar. Pero hay quienes que verdaderamente s\u00ed desarrollan gripas al momento de tocar el suelo. <\/p> \n

A pesar de ello, un estudio del Colegio Profesional de Podolog\u00eda de la Comunidad de Madrid (COPOMA) <\/strong>revel\u00f3 que caminar descalzo, ya sea en casa o en espacios exteriores, puede ayudarnos a mantener la musculatura de los pies en perfecto estado<\/strong>, lo que reduce el riesgo de molestias y lesiones. <\/p> \n

Una de las cosas que m\u00e1s se notan cuando se lleva un tiempo caminando descalzo es que la manera de andar, o incluso la postura corporal, pueden modificarse.<\/strong> <\/p> \n

Pero, \u00bfC\u00f3mo es esto posible? <\/p> \n

B\u00e1sicamente, el calzado en el tal\u00f3n tiene algo que provoca que la musculatura posterior del cuerpo<\/strong>; es decir, los gemelos y isquiotibiales<\/strong>, se acorten un poquito, modificando nuestra forma de caminar y nuestra postura. Pues al momento de andar descalzos en cambio,<\/strong> recuperamos una marcha m\u00e1s natural y la musculatura trabaja de otra forma, l<\/strong>o que ayuda a reforzar y mantener activos un mayor n\u00famero de m\u00fasculos, tendones y ligamentos muy importantes en la biomec\u00e1nica del pie. <\/p> \n

Lo anterior mencionado habla sobre los mayores de edad<\/strong>, pues es que si hablamos en menores esta actividad de andar descalzo podr\u00eda <\/strong>ayudarlos a\u00fan m\u00e1s, ya que el pie de ellos est\u00e1 creciendo por lo que necesita m\u00e1s libertad y movimiento. <\/p> \n

El estudio de COPOMA, sustenta que: \u201c<\/em>Caminar descalzos durante los primeros a\u00f1os de vida es muy importante para que los ni\u00f1os desarrollen un<\/em> patr\u00f3n de marcha correcto\u201d<\/strong>. <\/p> \n<\/blockquote>\n

Pero no se preocupe, si usted es las personas que est\u00e1 en contra de que los menores deber\u00edan ir sin medias por toda la casa, se recomienda que al menos, los ni\u00f1os usen una media antideslizante para que as\u00ed evite un tropes\u00f3n. <\/strong> <\/p> \n

Pero tampoco hay que olvidar que el calzado ejerce una \u00fatil funci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n que evita lesiones, heridas e infecciones<\/strong>. Por eso, lo ideal si quiere empezar a andar descalzo es hacerlo en casa o en otros entornos seguros, como la playa o un jard\u00edn con c\u00e9sped. <\/p> \n <\/p> <\/div>\n
